- $125 Per Session
- Kim is considered an out-of-network mental health counselor for all companies
- Kim does not accept Medicaid.

While Back On Track Counseling doesn’t accept insurance up-front to pay for sessions, she’d be happy to provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance to get personal reimbursement. The statement will have all the necessary codes and information required. You will deal with them directly. Most clients will receive a reimbursement back from the insurance company. In the past, clients have gotten up to 100% reimbursement and/or it is applied to a deductible for these therapist services; it depends on your particular plan.
*She does not accept Medicaid. Additional fees (per session) for double sessions or half-day/whole-day intensives individual and relationship counseling sessions.
